We will send you a PayPal bill based on the details to help you fix the problem.If there is an issue with payment, you might try to check out again, change another credit card, or change the payment method if you still fail to pay.
If you need to modify the details of your order, like size, lining, and so on, please contact us within 48 hours. You can contact our customer service team via LiveChat or email us at support@kooome.com to make a change request and they will assist you.

Available for orders of $100.00 and up. Delivery time is 7-18 business days.
For orders up to $100.00, shipping costs $9.90 USD. Delivery time is 7-18 business days.

Our customized orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, and most swatch orders are shipped via USPS.
After your order is taken by the delivery service, we'll email you with the details of the carrier and a tracking number. To follow the journey of your package, please visit the carrier's official website. You also have the option to coordinate with the carrier to schedule a delivery time. Track your order here.

Payments
Customized Items:
- You can cancel customized orders for a full refund within 12 business hours of payment confirmation or before they are shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you request changes to the size, color, or material after 12 business hours, a fee of 20% of the product price will apply.
Non-Customized Items:
- You can cancel non-customized orders for free within 24 business hours of placing your order by replying to your order confirmation email.
- After 24 hours, you can still cancel if the products haven't been shipped yet, but a 20% processing fee will apply.
- Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled, Returned, or Refunded:
- Products and invoices labeled 'Customized Invoice,' 'Made to Order,' or 'Final Sale'.
- Special purchases such as inventory sale items, discontinued items, and custom quotes.
- If you have any questions, issues, or suggestions regarding your order or our website, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Contact Us
If you ordered the wrong curtains, contact us to cancel or update the order via support@kooome.com or LiveChat. Owing to the featured custom goods, we can only assure you of a change before your order is made or shipped. If you didn't find that you had ordered the wrong curtains until you received the items or got the tracking info, you may need to keep them. Custom goods are not able to apply to other clients or our reuse.
If you are not able to place an order, please send us the details of the curtains you want to order, including Product Name, Color, Header Style, Size, Lining Option, Design, and Quantity, or just send us the screenshot of your order details. And for the price change, we will refund it to your payment account, or send you an invoice. Please note that the details can be modified only before the order enters the shipping process. Once the curtains are shipped out, any details can not be modified.Please forgive us for the inconvenience we made to you.
After you confirm the refund amount, our financial team will submit the refund requests in 24 hours. Then, we will send you a screenshot of the refund submission via email. The refund will take roughly 1-15 workdays to be back to your payment account, varying by the processing time of the issuing bank.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
